Inez was born in 1916 to Harry and Nellie Sylvester in Indianapolis. She was married to Howard Williams, and he preceded her in death in July 15, 2007. We were neighbors to Howard and Inez for several years. They were wonderful friends and neighbors. A lot of time was spent talking and laughing with them as we sat on their front porch. Inez was such a beautiful articulate lady. We will always cherish our time spent with them. If I took dessert to them, Inez always returned the plate bearing something she had made. Her mother taught her that a plate should never be returned empty. Inez had a heart of gold.
